Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked scheduled event are not eligible for a refund.

Merchandise:

Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

To initiate a return or cancellation, contact us with your order details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
