Safety Policy for Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc.
1. Introduction
At Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. This Safety Policy outlines the measures we take to ensure safety and the guidelines that participants must follow.
2. Safety Measures
2.1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All participants are required to wear the provided PPE before entering any rage room or beyond the safety lines, additionally which includes but is not limited to:
• Safety helmets
• Protective eyewear or face masks are mandatory
• Closed-Toe Shoes (flip flops, crocs are strictly prohibited)
• Gloves
• Coveralls or other protective clothing
• PPE must be worn at all times while inside the rage rooms.
• Long sleeves/pants are recommended
• Shorts/short-sleeved shirts are not allowed
2.2. Room Setup and Equipment
• Rage rooms are inspected and reset after each session to ensure all equipment and areas are safe.
• Only approved items are allowed to be used within the rage rooms. No personal items or outside objects are permitted without staff approval.
• All equipment, including bats, hammers, and other tools, are regularly inspected for safety.
• We reserve the right to substitute specific items based upon availability or safety concerns.
2.3. Supervision and Monitoring
• Trained staff members are present at all times to supervise and assist participants.
• Surveillance cameras are installed in all rage rooms to monitor activities and ensure safety.
2.4. Emergency Procedures
• In the event of an emergency, participants should immediately cease all activities and follow the instructions of the staff.
• First aid kits and fire extinguishers are available on-site.
3. Participant Guidelines
3.1. Age Restrictions
• Participants must be at least 10 years old to enter the rage rooms.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian.
3.2. Health Considerations
• Participants should be in good health and free from any conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity. Any signs of high fever or Covid conditions is strictly not allowed in the facility.
• Participants with known medical conditions, such as heart problems, epilepsy, or pregnancy, should consult with a physician before participating.
3.3. Behaviour and Conduct
• Participants must follow all instructions given by staff members.
• Aggressive or reckless behaviour that endangers oneself or others is strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol and drug use is not permitted before or during sessions. Participants suspected of being under the influence will be denied entry and will lose their payment or deposit.
3.4. Waivers and Agreements
• All participants must read, understand, and sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with rage room activities.
• Legal guardians must sign waivers for participants under the age of 18.
4. Employee Safety
4.1. Training and Certification
• Employees receive comprehensive training on safety procedures, equipment handling, and emergency response.
• Regular safety drills and refresher courses are conducted to maintain high safety standards.
4.2. PPE and Safety Equipment
• Employees are provided with appropriate PPE and are required to wear it while resetting rooms or assisting participants.
• Employees are trained to use all safety equipment and emergency response tools.
5. Incident Reporting and Response
5.1. Reporting
• Any injuries, accidents, or safety concerns must be reported to a staff member immediately.
• Incident reports will be completed for all reported incidents and reviewed to improve safety measures.
5.2. Response
• Staff are trained to provide immediate assistance and first aid if necessary.
• Serious injuries will be reported to emergency services, and affected participants will receive appropriate medical care.
6. Continuous Improvement
• Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. is committed to continuous improvement in safety standards.
• Regular reviews and updates of safety policies and procedures are conducted to ensure the highest level of safety for all participants and staff.
