​Welcome to Unleashed Rage Rooms! Before participating in any activities at our facility, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. By booking a session and entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules or policies that may be established by Unleashed Rage Rooms from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

 

2. Age Restrictions

Participants must be at least 10 years old. Participants under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

 

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before engaging in any activities at Unleashed Rage Rooms. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks involved and releases Unleashed Rage Rooms, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.

 

4. Booking, Payment, and Deposits

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our facility.

  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival for your scheduled session.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to substitute specific items based upon availability or safety concerns.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked scheduled session will receive a refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Unleashed Rage Rooms reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule.

 

6. Safety Rules/Damage liability policy

  • Participants must wear the provided safety gear and have their own qualifying footwear at all times during their session.

  • Safety goggles OR face masks are mandatory upon entering any rage room OR beyond safety lines.

  • Long Sleeves/Pants are REQUIRED - Use At your own risk with shorts/short sleeves. 

  • Flip flops, crocs, open toe shoes and bare feet are strictly prohibited.

  • Participants must follow all instructions provided by Unleashed Rage Rooms staff.

  • No outside items or weapons are allowed in the rage rooms unless approved by Unleashed Rage Rooms.

  • Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Any violation of safety rules may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

  • Please note that there will be a minimum $250 fee for intentionally destroying any permanent fixtures in the smash rooms including the spools, security cameras, speakers, GoPro camera, thermostats, lighting, fire sprinklers, or any other permanent fixtures not designated for smashing.

7. Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

 

8. Personal Belongings

Unleashed Rage Rooms is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants are encouraged to leave valuables at home.

 

9. Privacy Policy

Unleashed Rage Rooms is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Unleashed Rage Rooms reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
